We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Newberg and surrounding areas to help clients make progress toward their goals. Job Duties and Clients' Support Needs Work 1-on-1 with clients on a consistent schedule in their home and community Full and Partial assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Monitor clients for safety Plan and organize daily tasks Provide support (including positive behavior supports) in accordance with a written service plan to help clients reach their goals Document services and report to supervisor weekly Compensation & Benefits Start at $22/hr Mileage reimbursement plan for drivers Competitive Medical/Dental/Vision benefits package Accrued Paid Time Off (up to 2 weeks) 401(k) Matching Time and a half Holiday pay Set Schedules with options for flexibility Paid training Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. 3-5 years experience working or volunteering for folks who have an intellectual or developmental disability.
