Day shifts 6a-6:15p, Night shifts 6:15p-6:15a. Morning Shift 7am-12 noon M-F.12 hour shifts 2-4 shifts per week. Weekend availability required. Qualifications Must be fully Covid-19 vaccinated before starting the first shift. Including Booster. Willing to continue getting boosters as long as licensing requires. No Exceptions can be made. Able to lift between 50-100lbs for the purpose of helping with resident transfers. A kind, friendly, caring personality with a desire to be a team player. Experience with medication administration is preferred, but not required. Able to communicate with residents, management and fellow staff effectively including written documentation. Livescan background check, TB Test, and Physical required. Able to perform all job duties safely and effectively. Agape Villa Perks Package 4 days of PTO the first year of employment. Accruing 1 additional day per year thereafter. $10 month “cell phone” stipend Annual Anniversary bonus. $100 per year Referral Bonus $200 if the referred employee is hired and stays for 90 days. Attendance Bonus $160 for 30 days of qualifying time and attendance.
