Proficient ability to communicate orally and in writing in the English language. Training and Experience: Two years experience in a long term care or assisted living setting preferred. All staff that provide direct care to residents will have current first aid training and CPR certification. Job Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of medications commonly prescribed to the elderly and ability to implement policies and procedures in assisting with medication dispensing.  Working knowledge of RCFE regulations.
