Position Summary:

Pay and Benefits:
• $1,000 Signing Bonus: $500 paid after 90 days and an additional $500 after one year of service for new full-time hires
• Starting Base Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour based on experience and shift, excellent workers can look forward to a pay increase after their 90-day probationary period.
• Guaranteed Overtime for Full-Time Employees: 8 hours of overtime scheduled every other week.
• Long Weekends: Three days off one week and four days of the next week.
• Paid Vacation Time: After a year of service, you get 7 days of paid time off every 12 months.
• Referral Bonus for Caregivers: $25 Gift Card for new hires. $500 bonus if new hires stay three months and an additional $500 if new employees stay a year.
• Retirement Account: After three months you can join our 401k with employer matching of 4%!
