Type of Care Needed:  Client is 82 years old and lives with her husband in a senior community. She has mid-late stage dementia and needs 1 on 1 Companionship in the memory care unit to help her get used to that environment and activities before she is moved there later this year.  Care professional must have a car to drive her to church on Sundays and will need to attend the service with her.    Days/Hours: Friday and Sundays 9am to 1pm (care professional must be able to work both shifts)

Type of Care Needed: Client is almost 79 years old, has Parkinson's and lives with her husband. She is a fall risk and needs supervision for safety when walking around, hands on assistance with toileting and showering and assistance with PT and speech exercises.  Days/Hours: 2-3 days a week (preferable not in a row) from 8am to 12pm or 9am to 1pm.
