Responsibilities: - Provide personal care and assistance to seniors, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and bathroom assistance - Companionship and conversation with clients, to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being - Assist clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders - Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and grocery shopping - Document and report any changes in clients' condition to the supervisor - Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for clients at all times - Provide emotional support and compassionate care to clients and their families - Maintain open and effective communication with clients and their families, as well as with the supervisor and team members - Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws and regulations - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a caregiving or senior care role - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Ability to pass a background check  - Compassionate and caring attitude towards seniors - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Flexibility to accommodate schedule changes as needed
