On a tree-lined suburban street of Vancouver, Washington, near the banks of the Columbia River, Flowers Place AFH is ready to become your new home. We provide specialized memory care services in a warm, home-like environment. We’re located close enough to the conveniences of the city while remaining only a short drive away from several evergreen-filled parks and forests of the majestic Pacific Northwest.We offer individualized aging-in-place care in a residential setting for clients ages 60 and above. Our home was built in 2007 and is customized as an optimum care home environment with safety, accessibility, and comfort in mind. Qualified and nurturing staff will meet your needs as they evolve, and our small home enables us to devote our full attention to every single resident. We welcome you as family here — and your pets too!Nurturing and qualified staff are available around the clock for residents’ immediate care needs. We provide three nutritious meals per day with snacks in between. Specific dietary needs and preferences may be accommodated — just let us know what you need!
