Welcome to Heritage at Deer Creek! This community provides assisted living and memory care services to residents in their 43-unit community home in New Berlin, Wisconsin. This beautiful community is located near area shopping, restaurants, and parks to keep residents connected to the community.Heritage at Deer Creek specializes in providing memory care, diabetic care, personal care, and medication management. Staff are specially trained in memory care. A variety of specialists are also available to provide additional care as needed.All meals are provided for by the on-staff professional chef.
