The Clare Bridge program is an exclusive brand of dementia care. It was established more than 30 years ago and provides residents with six planned activities each day to bolster their mental and physical health. The Solace program provides additional support to residents in the later stages of dementia. It offers assistance with grooming, and activities involving music and aromatherapy. To simplify residents’ days even more, Brookdale's staff assists with transportation, errands, meals, and home maintenance.
